Mark Roderick
CEO AusIMM MAICD
Mark Roderick understands what it takes to develop a vision and underpin it with sound strategic direction. As an Australian Mining Executive, Mark draws on his over 30 years of industry experience to spot opportunities for organisations and bring them together to drive significant business value.
An AUSIMM member, Mark has divided his professional career between public and private mining companies and has led senior teams for both mining contractors and mine owners.
Mark’s skills and reputation for building relationships with clients and suppliers alike is supported by his wide commercial and technical experience.
Warren Leicester
COO AusIMM GAICD
Warren Leicester has a career that spans over 30 years in operational roles in underground hardrock mining. Warren has established and managed contract mining operations across Australia and Internationally.
As a Graduate member of AICD, Warren has built strong relationships from the boardroom to the project site; from client partners to trusted suppliers.
In his previous roles for both ASX200 listed companies and the largest private underground mining contractors, Warren has successfully led diverse teams in challenging environments and across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
Nelson Hearn
Zero Harm Manager
Nelson delivers pragmatic zero harm and risk reduction solutions through an analytical yet consultative approach. These methodologies are reflective of his operational experience, health sciences and mining engineering education.
Nelson has worked for both mine owner and mining contractor organisations in a variety of site-based and corporate leadership roles continually facilitating a drive for continual improvement.
Rebecca Evans
Human Resources Manager
Having held various HR roles across the mining sector, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources to the senior management team.
With wide-ranging expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational enhancement, Rebecca’s tailored solutions are designed to meet the unique demands of the underground mining industry.
Clinton Green
Plant Manager
Clinton has a strong background in both operational and systems management plant roles, at the project level and across multiple large scale mining operations.
His over 25-year career brings with it the breadth of experience and the ability to readily relate with project mechanical personnel and the systems engineering that supports the projects.
Harrison Greig
Engineering and Tendering Manager
Harrison has strong experience in both underground project engineering and systems management roles. Involved in signature mining operations on the east coast of Australia, Harrison has delivered success working for both public and privately owned mining contractors.
Harrison’s experience brings with it the ability to readily understand key drivers for our clients and provide support solutions for project teams to deliver success.
